Oktober 2003, der 2018 in Frankreich ans Licht gekommen ist, stellt wesentliche Aussagen des offiziellen Narrativs in Frage. Insbesondere die Verantwortung fĂŒr den Abschuss der ruandischen PrĂ€sidentenmaschine am 6. April 1994 bedarf einer unabhĂ€ngigen Untersuchung. Denn das Attentat hat 1994 zwei parallel verlaufende Völkermorde in Ruanda ausgelöst. Der Autor appelliert an die internationale Gemeinschaft, der historischen Wahrheit Raum zu geben und eine demokratische Entwicklung in Ruanda und der DR Kongo zu ermöglichen.
