Die Hauptstadtlosigkeit Deutschlands geht mit einer uns eigenen Bundesordnung Hand in Hand, die sich in verschiedenen Epochen auf zentrale Orte, bestimmte Burgen und dem Reiche zugewandte Klöster verteilt in gröĂeren oder kleineren Territorien von SĂŒden und SĂŒdwesten ab der Donau bis zur Wiedau, und manchmal nur bis zur Eider. Sie erstreckt sich in nördlicher Richtung, und auch vom Rhein bis zur Oder in östlicher. In dieser Wissensstudie wird die Bundesordnung als mittragendes Element der deutschen Geschichte in ihrer politischen Entwicklung vorgefĂŒhrt. Die regulĂ€ren Königswahlen fanden in Frankfurt am Main, die Krönungen ursprĂŒnglich in Aachen statt. Manche Orte wandten sich zeitweise dem Deutschen Reich zu, manche fĂŒr immer von ihm ab. Die bĂŒndische Bestimmung wurde auf dem Wiener Kongress von Ăsterreich, Russland, England, PreuĂen und endlich auch Frankreich durch Talleyrand durchgesetzt. Diese Grundlage erfĂŒllte sich erst im Bonner Grundgesetz.
