Nel corso degli ultimi anni si è rafforzata la consapevolezza che l’investimento nella gestione immobiliare costituisce elemento strategico in grado di contribuire sia a preservare e incrementare il valore economico degli immobili, sia a innescare processi di valorizzazione del contesto in cui i beni si trovano. In ambito pubblico, la gestione immobiliare non costituisce il core business degli Enti. I beni immobili, al contrario, rappresentano beni strumentali allo svolgimento delle attività istituzionali in cui la continuità delle condizioni di efficienza funzionale risulta fondamentale. In tale contesto la gestione immobiliare deve garantire un funzionamento conforme alle esigenze e alle priorità dettate dalle attività insediate.
Il testo propone un’innovazione di processo nel campo del Facility Management, conducendo a una revisione del tradizionale approccio alla pianificazione e programmazione dei servizi di gestione.
