È appunto in questa tesi dell'eternità di tutte le cose, dell'impossibilità di ogni cosa di venire dal nulla e finire nel nulla – perché semplicemente il nulla non è – il fascino inconfondibile dell'opera di Severino. Questo libro cerca di restituirlo, pur tenendo vivo il vaglio critico che temi di così alta levatura filosofica, e di grande bellezza, necessariamente richiedono.
