Il settimo e ultimo volume della collana presenta alcune osservazioni sulla valutazione della partecipazione rispetto all'azienda, tenuto conto che, limitatamente alla variabile fiscale, la stessa presuppone problematiche ulteriori rispetto alle metodologie di valutazione, in quanto l'approccio valutativo generale non può modificarsi a seconda della forma giuridica con la quale avviene il trasferimento dell'azienda. Il testo affronta altresì il tema delle perdite riportabili fiscalmente e della determinazione dei correlati benefici fiscali. Sono esposti infine sette casi pratici particolari di valutazione d'azienda che non trovano un diretto inquadramento in una singola metodologia valutativa, tra i quali: la valutazione in ipotesi di fusione e la congruità del rapporto di concambio; la valutazione d'azienda nell'ambito di una consulenza tecnica di parte; la determinazione del valore dell'autorizzazione e lo sviluppo del metodo dell'attualizzazione dei risultati differenziali (premium price).
