Los profundos cambios que se están produciendo en el mundo, especialmente en el mercado laboral, han dado lugar a nuevas formas de contratación que no siempre se ajustan a los parámetros que implica una relación de trabajo. Ante ello, la legislación laboral regula las nuevas modalidades de contratación, tales como los periodos de prueba, los contratos de capacitación inicial y de temporada. Para una mejor comprensión del tema, en esta edición se incluyen los formatos de contratos individuales de trabajo por obra determinada y por temporada.De igual manera, se analiza la diferencia entre finiquito y liquidación, incluyendo los formatos correspondientes, sin olvidar el convenio de terminación de las relaciones laborales.Con respecto a las condiciones generales de trabajo, se analizan las formalidades de la relación laboral, los descansos semanal y obligatorio, vacaciones, aguinaldo, el salario y las normas protectoras, así como la participación de los trabajadores en las utilidades de las empresas (PTU). Pues incluye los temas referentes a las relaciones individuales de trabajo y su impacto en la seguridad social, desde la determinación del salario base de cotización ante el IMSS y el Infonavit, hasta el entero de las cuotas obrero-patronales.Adicionalmente, se incluye el análisis del estímulo fiscal en el pago de cuotas obrero-patronales al IMSS, con el propósito de incentivar entre los contribuyentes la adhesión al régimen de incorporación fiscal (RIF).
