Nel 2018 il Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali ha rilevato che i lavoratori stranierirappresentavano il 10,5% di tutti i lavoratori in Italia; percentuale che sale al 18,5% se consideriamo
il settore della ristorazione e dei servizi alberghieri.
