Asimismo, se incide en la enseñanza práctica del alumno, a través de ejercicios, trabajos en grupo, prácticas profesionales, etc… La finalidad de este cuaderno es, precisamente, la recopilación de los distintos ejercicios prácticos realizados desde la implantación del Plan Bolonia (2010), en la asignatura de Derecho Civil: Obligaciones y Contratos del Grado en Derecho. La obra se estructura en veintisiete temas dedicados a las distintas figuras e instituciones reguladas en esta materia; en cada uno de ellas, se realiza una breve exposición teórica y se plantean distintos supuestos para que el estudiante aplique los conocimientos teóricos a la práctica."
