Information
SCENE ONE
Lights up on the LEONARD family.
LOCKIE | The first time we saw Angelus it was raining. Everyone tried to be cheerful. |
MUM | Isnât it peaceful? |
SARGE | Look at the ocean, kids. |
PHILIP | This place stinks. |
SARGE | Give it a go Philip. |
MUM | [looking at a map] Turn here⊠and the house should be right⊠[pause] there. |
There is silence â broken by MUM breaking into tears.
PHILIP | What did I tell you. |
MUM bawls even louder. MUM, SARGE and PHILIP exit.

It was on swampy ground next to the show grounds. The whole road was just reeds and factories. My room smelt like a German shepherd had died in it. âCourse it didnât help that I had to share it with Philip⊠and his little problem. |
SCENE TWO
LOCKIE and PHILIPâs room. Lights up on PHILIP who is standing in a pair of pyjamas that are wet at the front. LOCKIE moves to him.
LOCKIE | Youâre going to have to... |
