Mit der Annahme, dass betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement (BGM) und Corporate Social Responsibility zahlreiche Synergieeffekte haben, startete 2016 das vom Bundesministerium fĂŒr Bildung und Forschung geförderte Projekt GESIOP. Sieben Projektpartner haben innerhalb von dreieinhalb Jahren Ideen und Konzepte zu den Fragen entwickelt, wie eine konstruktive Zusammenarbeit zwischen Unternehmen im Bereich BGM aussieht, wie BGM stĂ€rker als eine Verantwortung von Unternehmen verankert werden kann und wie Unternehmen das BGM-Engagement nach auĂen kommunizieren sollten. Ein zentrales Ergebnis des Projektes ist das GESIOP-Tool fĂŒr Gesunde Arbeit, das in dieser Publikation nĂ€her vorgestellt wird.
