(Theorie)», «Wie wird diese besondere Stellung im Finanzausgleichssystem berĂŒcksichtigt? (Praxis)» und «Wie viel ist als Ausgleich der agglomerationsbedingten Sondersituation der Stadtstaaten angemessen? (Empirie)». Gerade vor dem Hintergrund der durch die Föderalismusreform II beschlossenen Vorgabe, die LĂ€nderhaushalte bis spĂ€testens 2020 ohne Kreditaufnahme auszugleichen, erfĂ€hrt das Thema fĂŒr die Stadtstaaten und vor allem fĂŒr Bremen eine hohe AktualitĂ€t und Brisanz.
