Vor diesem Hintergrund wird der Erfolg der Bundesbank nicht nur auf deren UnabhĂ€ngigkeit, sonden auch auf die StabilitĂ€tskultur in Deutschland zurĂŒckgefĂŒhrt. Die EuropĂ€ische Zentralbank wird sich dagegen heterogenen StabilitĂ€tsauffassungen gegenĂŒbersehen. Es wird gezeigt, daĂ externe Anreize eine Antiinflationspolitik sicherstellen können.
