Telkom University, Bandung, West Java, Indonesia
ABSTRACT: The Social Rehabilitation Organization for People with Visual Sensory Disabilities (BRSPDSN) is a rehabilitation and social protection center for people with disabilities—in this case, people who are blind. In this institution there are some clients who want to become entrepreneurs, but it is very difficult for them to compete, because the clients do not have the quality of entrepreneurship to build a business and motivation for entrepreneurship. This research suggests improving a client’s self-esteem through increasing meeting intensity in order to check business plan results previously and future visions.
