Die Autorin untersucht, wie sich das Inkrafttreten des Geschäftsgeheimnisgesetzes auf den rechtlichen Schutz von Unternehmensgeheimnissen auswirkt. Dabei befasst sie sich schwerpunktmäßig mit den Auswirkungen für das Arbeitsrecht. Methodologisch bezieht sie sowohl unionsrechtliche, völkerrechtliche als auch verfassungsrechtliche Vorgaben mit ein.
