Saving Christianity for the Kingdom of Heaven: The Untold Story

About this book

This book is a systemic examination of prophecies and instructions to Ethiopia by God. They show how God used Ethiopia to ensure the continuation of the chosen people, supporting the kingdom of heaven. There are many prophecies and signs specifically referenced to Ethiopia and the Ethiopian people. In many verses, Ethiopia is specifically addressed to come to the aid and/or support prophets spreading Christianity. It would be hard to overstate the impact of Ethiopia on the advancement of Christianity. For example, King Tirhakah, the Ethiopian king of Egypt/Ethiopia, intervened to save Judah in the year 620 BC. This event is well documented in the Bible and other ancient writings. If we fast-forward two thousand years, we find the Ethiopian Church of today that has a membership of between 40 and 46 million; Christians which make up about 60 percent of the total population of the country.Ethiopia was also the first country to declare Christianity a state religion and had never been occupied by a foreign country. This book will explain how God commissioned the Ethiopians to work for the kingdom of God and to spread Christianity geographically and ethically to the ends of the earth. The relationship between God and the Ethiopia people represent the greatest story never told until now. Writing this book was a very difficult task; I relied on the Lord and his wisdom. I was guided by Philippians 1: 6: "Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus." This book represents a story that needed to be told and God-inspired.

I am telling you now before it happens, so that when it does happen you will believe that I am who I am. (John 13:19)
So be on your guard; I have told you everything ahead of time. (Mark 13:23)
Cush (Hebrew) was, according to the Bible,21 the eldest son of Ham,22 a son of Noah.23 He was the brother of Canaan24 (land of Canaan), Mizraim25 (Egypt) and Phut26 (land of Libya), and the father of the biblical Nimrod mentioned in the “Table of Nations27 in Genesis 10:628 and 1 Chronicles 1:8.29
Cush is traditionally considered the eponymous ancestor of the people of the “land of Cush,” an ancient territory that is believed to have been located on either side or both sides of the Red Sea.30 As such, Cush is alternately identified in scripture with the Kingdom of Cush31 or ancient Ethiopia.
The Cushitic languages32 are named after Cush.
The Bible mentions Ethiopia and Ethiopians many times and on each occasion they were used to protect and expand the kingdom of heaven.
The most important scriptures that deals with Ethiopian prophecy is in Isaiah 18:1–7. These prophecies are important because it fulfills what is written in Luke 24:44: “He said to them, this is what I told you while I was still with you: Everything must be fulfilled that is written about me in the Law of Moses, the Prophecy and the Psalms.”
The prophecy against Cush is the only place that specifically addresses people and nation other than Israel and Egypt.
There is very little mention of other nations or people. In these scriptures, God is telling the Ethiopians what is expected of them at the end times. The oracles against other nations in Isaiah do not come close to matching the oracles against Ethiopia.
The oracles against Ethiopia gave explicit instructions when Jesus came to Mount Zion and established his children a permanent home. Ethiopians had been given tasks to perform for the kingdom of heaven. God even gave them the signs to watch for so they could be prepared.
From all indications, as revealed in Isaiah 18:1–7, Isaiah 56:1–2, Amos 9:7, and Acts 8:38, God will not forget the Ethiopians who labored to protect the kingdom of heaven—Ethiopians such as Queen Sheba, the Ethiopian baptized by the apostle Phillip, the Ethiopian that saved Jeremiah, the Ethiopian King Tirhakah that saved Judah, and others that are unnamed.
Prophecies against Ethiopia are very specific and detailed, including the meaning of signs such as banner, trumpet, vines, branches, and an explanation of his dwelling place. These details are not included in any of the prophecies to other nations or people.
Woe to the land of whirring wings along the rivers of Cush, 2 which sends envoys by sea in papyrus boats over the water. Go, swift messengers, to a people tall and smooth-skinned, to a people feared far and wide, an aggressive nation of strange speech whose land is divided by rivers. (Isa. 18:1–2)
Verses 1 and 2 are referring to the location and description of the Cushites (Ethiopians).
In Isaiah 18:1 (NIV), people who are tall and have smooth skin were probably the people of Cush and Egypt. The reference to smooth-skinned people were also mentioned in the book of Genesis when Rebekah was trying to get Isaac’s blessings for Jacob. “Jacob said to Rebekah his mother, ‘But my brother Esau is a hairy man while I have smooth sk...
