The Real Story of the Battle of Armageddon and Beyond

After WWIII takes place, WWIII is going to be portrayed by the False Prophet and the Antichrist as Armageddon. God showed me that this will be part of a huge end-time deception to get people to believe that the Antichrist is both Jesus Christ returned AND the Jewish Messiah. It starts with getting people to believe that WWIII, was in fact, the Battle of Armageddon. If the False Prophet and the Antichrist can get people to believe that, then they can get people to take the mark of the beast to give their allegiance to the Antichrist. I will deal specifically with this huge end-time deception in a whole chapter my second book—WWIII part two.

Right now I want you to see what the Bible says about the Battle of Armageddon. I want people to see what Armageddon really is, so those who miss the Rapture aren’t deceived by those who, after WWIII, will try to tell them that WWIII was Armageddon. This, to deceive them into taking the mark and thus, sending them to hell, which is Satan’s true agenda. Satan will use any deceptive means he can to take the maximum number of people to hell that he can.

Remember, first, that the WWIII event that I have described in detail in this book takes place just BEFORE the beginning part of the Day of the Lord, which is the seven-year tribulation period. The Battle of Armageddon takes place about seven years AFTER WWIII, at the END of the seven-year tribulation period. In the Battle of Armageddon, the nations of the world will gather north of Jerusalem at the valley of Megiddo. This, to attempt to finally wipe the Jewish people from the earth, especially the Jewish people in Israel and Jerusalem, who haven’t taken the mark of the beast. These nations of the world will be gathering, also, to fight against Jesus and his army from heaven. They are NOT GATHERING AT THE VALLEY OF MEGIDDO (Armageddon) TO FIGHT EACH OTHER WITH NUCLEAR WEAPONS, AS SOME PORTRAY THE BATTLE OF ARMAGEDDON.

Here’s the story RIGHT FROM THE BIBLE. This is the REAL story of the Battle of Armageddon. It actually begins in Psalms 2, with God declaring to the nations, who are about to gather for the battle of Armageddon, what is about to happen to them and what God’s intentions are for world history. Psalms 2:1–9 (NIV) says, “Why do the nations conspire and the peoples plot in vain? The kings of the earth take their stand and the rulers gather together (in the valley of Megiddo) against the Lord (God the Father) and against his Anointed One (Jesus). ‘Let us break their chains,’ they (the people of earth) say, ‘and throw off their fetters.’ The One enthroned in heaven laughs; the Lord scoffs at them. Then he rebukes them in his anger and terrifies them in his wrath, saying, ‘I have installed my King (Jesus) on Zion, my holy hill (as soon as God declares it, it’s already as good as done).’ I will proclaim the decree of the Lord: He said to me, ‘You are (Jesus) my Son; today I have become your Father. Ask of me, and I will make the nations your inheritance, the ends of the earth your possession. You (Jesus) will rule them with an iron scepter; you will dash them to pieces like pottery.” This is God’s true final intentions for planet earth—to make Jesus King over this planet from the Temple in Jerusalem. Are your intentions in line with his?

Then, Revelation 16:13–14 and 16 (NIV) continues the story, “Then I saw three evil spirits that looked like frogs; they came out of the mouth of the dragon (Satan—he will be physically seen on earth), out of the mouth of the beast (the Antichrist) and out of the mouth of the false prophet. They are spirits of demons performing miraculous signs (to deceive the nations to get them to come to fight against Jesus and his army—they will probably say something like ‘aliens are coming to take over earth and you need to fight for your freedom against them’—over the years there has been a number of shows and movies with that very idea to prepare peoples minds), and they (the deceiving demons) will go out to the kings of the whole world, to gather them for the battle… Then they GATHERED the kings together to the place that in Hebrew is called (Har Meggiddon) Armageddon.” Har Meggiddon means the mountain of Megiddo, which is about 60 miles north of Jerusalem. Actually, they would gather between the mountains in the valley of Megiddo, where it is said that all the world’s armies could gather.

As we’ve seen, Joel chapters 1 and 2 explain WWIII and its aftermath. Joel chapter 3, under the heading “The Nations Judged,” explains the Battle of Armageddon and its aftermath. ALL the nations of earth will be involved in the Battle of Armageddon, where only SOME will be involved in WWIII and then again, WWIV towards the middle of the seven-year tribulation period. The fore-mentioned valley of Megiddo leads directly down towards Jerusalem to the valley of Jehoshaphat, where the Battle of Armageddon will actually take place. Although, for God and his people it won’t be so much of a battle as it will be a slaughter—of evil men. God’s vengeance will be taken in full measure that day and will be completed in the days following in the post-Armageddon mop-up operation of Matthew chapter 13, when all evil things and all unbelievers will be removed from earth, to cleanse it in preparation for the one thousand-year millennial reign of Jesus.

Joel 3:1–2 and11–13 (NIV) says of the Battle of Armageddon, “In those days and at that time, when I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem (which the Antichrist took from Israel in the last three and a half years of the seven-year tribulation period, when he took the Temple and sat in it), I WILL GATHER ALL NATIONS AND BRING THEM DOWN (south) TO THE VALLEY OF JEHOSHAPHAT.(from the valley of Megiddo, also called the valley of Armageddon—the valley of Jehoshaphat runs north and south next to Jerusalem and connects in to the valley of Megiddo, north of Jerusalem) There (in the valley of Jehoshaphat) I will enter into judgment against them concerning my inheritance, my people Israel, (why?) for they scattered my people among the nations AND DIVIDED UP MY LAND (as the UN currently wants to do—a grave mistake)… Come quickly, all...
