La composizione SENTIERI per sette esecutori Sassofono Contralto, Percussioni (2 esecutori), Chitarra, Fisarmonica, Violino e Contrabbasso, è un lavoro in cui il compositore Maurizio Blanco ha cercato di far convivere insieme due forme sovrapposte, una episodica con ripresa, l'altra legata alla condensazione sonora. L'idea nasce in risposta a dei quesiti formali posti dall'autore stesso. Il brano si presenta con una struttura in cui il climax, ovvero il massimo dell'intensificazione sonora, sopraggiunge dopo la ripresa, e si sviluppa in cinque episodi raggruppati in due parti: la seconda è la ripresa dell'idea iniziale che però intensifica molto il materiale sonoro raggiungendo rapidamente l'apice (climax) della composizione, per poi dissolversi velocemente alla fine.

The composition SENTIERI for seven performers Alto Saxophone, Percussion (2 performers), Guitar, Accordion, Violin and Double Bass, is a work in which the composer Maurizio Blanco tried to bring together two superimposed forms, one episodic with reprise, the other linked to sound condensation. The idea was born in response to formal questions posed by the author himself. The piece has a structure in which the climax, that is the maximum sound intensity, occurs after the resumption, and develops in five episodes grouped into two parts, the second is the resumption of the initial idea which however intensifies the sound material rapidly reaching the apex (Climax) of the composition, then dissolving quickly at the end.
