L’OFFICINA DEGLI ELFI
Tra le fredde lande
della gelida Lapponia
fervono gli ardori
per la grande cerimonia,
invisibili agli sguardi
di pettegoli e curiosi
procedono zelanti
gli elfi laboriosi.
Ninnoli e balocchi
creati con bravura
vanno a incrementare
la giĂ  ricca fornitura,
pacchi colorati
e strenne luccicanti
son l’abile maestria
dei valenti fabbricanti.
La slitta trainata
da renne volanti
è pronta a partire
per terre distanti,
l’anziano giulivo
dalla barba canuta
nel cielo diviene
una figura minuta.
Cresce il desĂŹo,
freme l’attesa,
ricevere un dono
è una lieta sorpresa,
nel cuor dei bambini
s’alterna un duello:
sarò stato buono
oppure un monello?
