Ma il «ricordo» richiamato da questa ricorrenza non può essere relativo solamente a un aspetto dell’intero complesso fenomeno avvenuto in quegli anni in quelle terre. Infatti se da un lato è giusto mettere in evidenza e ricordare i fatti e gli avvenimenti che ci hanno visto come vittime, deve essere parimenti importante ricordare anche quegli avvenimenti che hanno visto precise e gravissime responsabilità addebitabili agli italiani.
