Die vorliegende Studie basiert auf einem hessischen Modellversuch zur Erteilung konfessionell-kooperativen Religionsunterrichts an Gesamtschulen. Die Ergebnisse einer Schülerbefragung dokumentieren die Unterrichtserfahrungen der Lernenden sowie ihre Fähigkeiten zur Bearbeitung von Aufgaben, die einen Perspektivenwechsel erfordern. Eine Lehrerbefragung gibt u. a. Einblicke in deren didaktische Präferenzen sowie Erfahrungen im Vergleich mit früheren Modellversuchen. Die Befunde bieten neue Einsichten in die Herausforderungen einer multiperspektivischen Didaktik, ermöglichen Ableitungen für die Professionalisierung von Religionslehrkräften und verstehen sich als Beitrag zum umfassenden Diskurs um den Religionsunterricht in religiös bzw. konfessionell heterogenen Lerngruppen.
