Lag das nun an unzureichenden Regelungen im Kirchenrecht oder war dafür doch eher das Fehlverhalten Einzelner verantwortlich zu machen?Dieses Handbuch führt in das Vermögensrecht des CIC/1983 ein und stellt die Prinzipien einer kirchenrechtskonformen Vermögensverwaltung nachvollziehbar dar. Über die Bestimmungen des CIC/1983 hinaus wird auf die sog. Leges canonizate aus dem weltlichen Recht eingegangen, die für weite Bereiche der Vermögensverwaltung bestimmend sind. Kritische Fragen über die Optimierung transparenter und verantwortungsgeteilter Vermögensverwaltung werden ebenfalls ergebnisorientiert diskutiert.Das Buch richtet sich v.a. an Studierende und Praktiker in kirchlichen Einrichtungen, die sich neben dem geltenden diözesanen Recht einen Überblick über den universalrechtlichen Rahmen verschaffen wollen.
