La poesia non avrà la forza di impedire gli eventi, ma ha la possibilità di divenirne racconto. Non modifica fatti, o almeno non direttamente, ma ne è presa di coscienza, espressione lucida e ferma. Accanto ad altri, questo è uno dei principi emersi dalle riflessioni di Farré, che passeggia instancabile per i luoghi sterminati della poesia. Ne frequenta i boschi, le città, i siti solitari e desolati – le soste ad Auschwitz e a Varsavia ne sono un esempio – stilando al suo ritorno dai viaggi una deliziosa e personale raccolta di riletture poetiche.
