MKick-start the day on Piazza della Repubblica with a quick coffee at historic cafe Gilli or bespoke latte or protein-powered smoothie at nearby Shake Café, then head towards the river. Pause en route to admire the exquisite sculpted facade of Chiesa e Museo di Orsanmichele en route. Devote the morning to world-class art at the Galleria degli Uffizi.
