Este estudio pretende aportar una visión diacrónica que vincule participación política de la sociedad civil, canales y características de la participación según el escenario político de la coyuntura, abarcando una época de apogeo de las Organizaciones No Gubernamentales (ONG) en los tiempos de los gobiernos debase neoliberal y una fuerte presencia del Estado a partir de nuevas tendencias latinoamericanas de gobiernos más centralizados. En síntesis, este trabajo busca ampliar la perspectiva teórica y empíriconormativa de los marcos existentes de las teorías dela integración y de los nuevos actores en el escenario internacional y globalizado.
