La interpretación es una tarea compleja. Y el análisis del discurso es interpretación. El discurso de Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, dentro de un canon de discursos políticos, está situado histórica y territorialmente en coordenadas diferentes a la de otros discursos de la misma naturaleza de nuestro país y de nuestro continente. Agamben complejiza el concepto de dispositivo y lo entiende como una red que articula instituciones, saberes y discursos. Así, el discurso de CFK es un dispositivo del Estado argentino y desde allí pensamos la manera en que integra a las instituciones estatales y el modo en que el saber se materializa en el universo discursivo. Es importante la función que desempeñan las instituciones ya que determinan los alcances de la dimensión performativa del discurso y funcionan como un espacio de legitimación. De hecho, sin la fuerza institucional no podríamos concebir la relación entre discurso/ saber o entre discurso/verdad.
