1 - I
In ancient Times
the DĆ o1 was doubted,
because it was called ā€œTransientā€;
then,
the Word was called ā€œFickleā€,
Silence ā€˜ ā€œArchaicā€
and Writing ā€˜ ā€œCreativeā€.
People who considered the DĆ o1
and eluded Vice,
appreciated its Mystery;
people who considered the DĆ o1
and preferred Sin,
moved away from it.
Words or Silence
or Vices and Virtues
stand for different concepts,
but converge into One:
if they were considered at the same time,
they would show a Mystery…
this was called ā€œAn ancient Mysteryā€.
1: Spiritual Path.

Beauty was understood
when Ugliness was considered;
Good was understood
when Evil was considered…

Music

emphasized Back.
Ancient Sages
meditated without words,
worked without talking
and considered Passion…
but when they finished a task
they stopped:
this way, they avoided
spoiling what had been done.

Sometimes,
certain situations should be inhibited:
when the Population
gets to know envy for talented people,
when yearning
encourages thefts
and when Haughtiness
upsets people’s Harmony.
ā€œIn ancient Times, a wise King said:
ā€œIf Action were considered,
but Wú-wéi6 were appreciated;
Disharmony in the Kingdom would be inhibited
and then,
Government Stability would be favouredā€.
6: Not act, Meditate.

DĆ o1
was called ā€œCentre of Gravityā€.
DĆ o1
does not overflow during a storm,
looks after Creatures,
wins over weapons,
solves problems
and shows Balance.
DĆ o1
was called
ā€œMoleculeā€,
ā€œAncient Mysteryā€
and ā€œInspirer of holy Imagesā€.

Sometimes, in the World,
some Creatures
are looked upon
as straw for cattle…
Sometimes, in the World,
some dictators
repress Pity
and consider the Population
straw for cattle.

ā€œIs the Space between the Sky and the Earth
