Estas orientações serão úteis aos gestores da área da imunização e segurança de vacinas e da vacinação. Além disso, elas serão úteis às equipes de preparação e resposta a tais crises de segurança, permitindo otimizar o desenvolvimento de planos de comunicação que ajudem a recuperar, manter ou fortalecer a confiança nas vacinas, na vacinação e no programa de imunizações.
