Au travers d'une à deux page(s), chaque planche retrace les faits d'arrêts bien connus, évoque leur problématique juridique et conclut sur la solution retenue par les juridictions, le tout saupoudré d'humour. Il s'agit donc d'un remarquable exercice de synthèse permettant, en plus de suivre les aventures rocambolesques des Barons du droit, de s'immerger le plus agréablement possible dans les tréfonds d'une des sources du droit les plus riches: la jurisprudence et ses grands arrêts. Cet ouvrage constitue un outil pédagogique permettant de faciliter l'accessibilité au droit et son apprentissage.
