Y en todos, claro, el dolor y la frustración ante un destino que siempre es imbatible, inmodificable.Los relatos de Quenel, y acaso por eso mismo, leídos en estos tiempos de vértigos y ligerezas pueden resultar algo ripiosos. Y es que ella fue la clase de escritora que se detiene en detalles y trabaja, se diría, burilando sus propias morosidades. Ojalá este esfuerzo editorial sirva para consagrar, aunque a destiempo, a una de las más notables escritoras de la Argentina del siglo XX.
