Agricultural extension plays a fundamental role in the sustainable agricultural development. To cater the needs of farmers. Learning is a continuous process and it is becoming more dynamic with multiplicity of domains. Thus, there is always a need to understand different concepts, techniques and methods which help in development of strategic planning, effective implementation, professional management and systematic evaluation of an extension programme. It is very important that knowledge on agricultural extension be constantly improved, rationalization, and adapted.
