E fa emergere come il Mistero della totalità, nel tempo, sia stato ridotto e messo da parte in tutta la sua portata e intensità. Un fattore finto e accusatore, cioè l'idea di processo, ha preso il posto della vita. Il soggetto accusa sé, l'altro, il mondo, la realtà in un continuo procedimento giudiziario che sembra non avere mai fine. La ragione diventata giuridica restringe lo sguardo del soggetto a una misura del tutto inadeguata alla complessità della vita e alla profondità costitutiva dell'umano. Ma, alcuni fattori imprevisti destrutturano la dialettica del tribunale della ragione. Spettro, timore, tremore, parola sono figure che provocano il soggetto, introducendo un fattore nuovo non manipolabile. La vita stessa, insomma, sembra invitare al ritorno a un Prima misterioso e inattingibile, che oltrepassa razionalismo e positivismo. Nella scena del testo entra in gioco, infatti, dalle brecce del tempo, un "di più" inspiegabile. Si tratta di un'energia teandrica, in grado di trasformare il soggetto che dice sì a una storia nuova.
