Die Anpassung der Siedelage von Biodiesel an fossilen Dieselkraftstoff gelang ĂŒber Metathesereaktionen. Durch die Variation von Katalysatoren und des VerhĂ€ltnisses von Biodiesel zu 1-Hexen wurden sehr unterschiedliche Produkte erzeugt. Einige davon waren als 20%-Blend in Dieselkraftstoff ĂŒber die Siedelinie kaum noch von diesem zu unterscheiden.Mit den Metatheseprodukten erfolgten Wechselwirkungsuntersuchungen mit anderen Kraftstoffen und Motorölen.ZusĂ€tzlich wurde die MaterialvertrĂ€glichkeit an zwei Polymeren getestet. Es ließen sich keine deutlichen Nachteile fĂŒr die Metathesekraftstoffe feststellen. Auch die Korrosionswirkung auf Kupfer lag im Rahmen der aktuellen Dieselkraftstoffnorm.Untersuchungen des Emissions- und Brennverhaltens sowie der MutagenitĂ€t zeigten fĂŒr 20%-Blends keine AuffĂ€lligkeiten gegenĂŒber Dieselkraftstoff.Zusammenfassend erwiesen sich die Metathesekraftstoffe fĂŒr die motorische Verbrennung als geeignet. http://www.fuels-jrg.de http://www.hs-coburg.de http://www.tac-coburg.com/
