Die Mischbauweise, auch Multi-Material-Design genannt, ist ein Ansatz zur Gewichtsreduktion im Karosseriebau ist die Mischbauweise.In der Mischbauweise kommt der FĂŒge- bzw. Verbindungstechnik eine SchlĂŒsselfunktion zu. In diesem Zusammenhang werden strukturell tragende Mischverbindungen zwischen kohlenstofffaserverstĂ€rkten Kunststoffen (CFK) und Aluminium (Al) im automobilen Umfeld eingehend untersucht.Eine VerstĂ€rkung des Faserkunststoffverbundes (FKV) im FĂŒgebereich mittels NĂ€htechnik (Z-VerstĂ€rkung) fĂŒhrt hierbei zu einer Verbesserung der Verbindungseigenschaften. Mit Hilfe der fĂŒr die Z-VerstĂ€rkung entwickelten Finite-Elemente-Modelle (FEM) werden die auftretenden Effekte erklĂ€rt und so eine theoretische Optimierung der Z-VerstĂ€rkung ermöglicht.Abschließend wurde das Verfahren des wissensbasierten Werkzeugs zur Vorauslegung von Verbindungsstellen (WWVV) als Hilfsmittel fĂŒr den Konstrukteur entwickelt.
