Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit wurde das Tablettierverhalten von Trockengranulaten aus Hilfsstoffen mit unterschiedlichen Kompressionsverhalten in Relation zur Direkttablettierung nƤher untersucht. Dabei konnte ein maƟgeblicher Einfluss des Schmiermittels auf die Ergebnisse der Tablettierung der Trockengranulate gezeigt werden. Demzufolge darf die Schmierung bei der Interpretation von Tablettierungsergebnissen nicht vernachlƤssigt werden, da sie zu falschen Schlussfolgerungen fĆ¼hren kann. Die PartikelgrĆ¶ĆŸenvergrĆ¶ĆŸerung bei der Trockengranulierung besitzt so einen deutlich geringeren Stellenwert als Ursache fĆ¼r die reduzierte KompaktibilitƤt als in der Literatur bei interner Schmierung beschrieben. Das explizit fĆ¼r Trockengranulate entwickelte Unified Compaction Curve Modell ist bei vergleichbaren Schmierbedingungen zwischen Kompaktierung und Tablettierung nicht anwendbar und seine Theorie der kumulierten Festigkeit von Trockengranulierung und Tablettierung kann nicht bestƤtigt werden.
