Une Babel de pierres vives est une expression issue du poème Babel de Zumthor. Nous avons tous une idée de ce qu'est Babel. Mais est-ce bien une tour? Dans une langue africaine, cela pourrait se traduire par « porte d'entrée ». Et qu'est-ce qu'une pierre vive? Comment traduire? Est-ce une pierre précieuse qui scintille?
