Como já havia uma lançada, O Bandido que sabia latim, de Toninho Vaz, ele fica em dúvida sobre como deve fazer, e se deve fazer. Pede um tempo pra pensar. Tem, então, um sonho onde está preparando sopa num caldeirão, com Leminski, este a adicionar páprica, 'tempero fino', à sopa comum. Ele interpreta com humor: deve escrever algo incomum, não uma biografia convencional, mas algo além, algo escrito pelos dois, sobre as faces poliédricas de Leminski, que tanto escreveu sobre pedras…'
