Enfin, nous insistons sur la nĂ©cessitĂ© de renforcer le professionnalisme des acteurs du territoire. Leurs compĂ©tences sont nĂ©cessaires pour assumer leurs responsabilitĂ©s et rĂ©pondre aux attentes des populations attachĂ©es Ă des centres de dĂ©cision en proximitĂ©.
