Desde el SMS «Pásalo» (2004) al 15M (2011), el tejido social lideró la tecnopolítica. El quincemayismo expresó un consenso masivo, transversal y contrahegemónico. Pero la comunicación política digital evolucionó en mercadotecnia electoral, bajo el control corporativo y estatal. Vox sustituyó a Podemos, rentabilizando el sistema mediático híbrido de televisión y plataformas-redes digitales. El corte de Internet, el 1-O en Cataluña, evidenció el control estatal de la Red. Y en paralelo, el periodismo digital ensayó protocolos y modelos que señalan los obstáculos y los retos de la comunicación política digital.
