Este libro es, ante todo, una etnografía, en el sentido más clásico del término: el relato sobre un período largo de trabajo de campo. En él, Núria Tria, antropóloga y profesora, aborda el complejo fenómeno social en torno al diagnóstico psiquiátrico del «trastorno por déficit de atención e hiperactividad» (TDAH) en niños, adolescentes y jóvenes, huyendo de las representaciones reduccionistas al uso.
