ABSTRACT: RCEP as a mega-FTA plays an important role in the world trade, especially for China. In this paper, China's manufacturing trade networks from 2022 to 2057 are established using expanded GTAP model (Tenth Version) with dynamic recursion method. The paper also constructs two new models which are baseline model and tariff shocked model. By using these two models, it draws out dynamic trends of RCEP countries’ manufacturing trade volume, complementarity, export advantages, and additionally estimates net trade effects that are brought out by the force of RECP. The results show the following: First, the total volume of manufacturing trade within RCEP region will expand from 1.77 trillion US dollars in 2022 to 3.54 trillion US dollars in 2040. For China, tariff reduction will boost the volume of China's high-quality manufacturing exports.
