Es sind differenzierteHandlungs konzepte erforderlich, die die Auswirkung der Arten sowie deren Ausbringungund Ausbreitung berücksichtigen.Im Rahmen eines vom Bundesamt für Naturschutz (BfN) beauftragten F+E-Vorhabenswurden für insgesamt 168 naturschutzfachlich proble matische gebietsfremdeArten alle vorliegenden Erkenntnisse über durchgeführte Maßnahmen zur Vorsorge, Beseitigung, Kontrolle und Nutzung/Entsorgung zusammengetragen und hinsichtlichdes Erfolges und Nutzens bewertet. Darauf aufbauend wurden zusätzlich Empfehlungenfür das allgemeine Managementkonzept der konkreten Art in Bezug auf ihreVerbreitungssituation in Deutschland erarbeitet.Mit den Pilzen und Pflanzen liegt der erste Band des Management-Handbuches vor, in dem insgesamt sechs Pilzarten, acht Niedere Pflanzenarten und 74 Gefäßpflanzensippenbehandelt werden. Das Handbuch soll für Entscheidungsträger eine verlässlicheBasis für die Entscheidungsfindung für die Anwendung von Maßnahmen beiden behandelten Arten liefern, die sich insbesondere auch aus den Vorgaben desBundesnaturschutz gesetzes und der EU-Verordnung Nr. 1143/2014 zum Umgang mitgebietsfremden Arten im Naturschutz ergeben.
