El objetivo de este libro es dotar a psicólogos/as, educadores/as, pediatras, docentes, progenitores y, en general, a cualquier persona interesada, de herramientas que permitan interpretar los dibujos de la infancia y la adolescencia, comprender qué imagen tiene de sí mismo el niño o la niña, cómo es su personalidad, si ha vivido o no situaciones traumáticas, cómo se relaciona con el entorno y con la familia, y qué elementos desestabilizan o comprometen su desarrollo.Además de cuestiones generales que se tienen en cuenta en la interpretación, como el tamaño de las representaciones, la línea o la ubicación en el espacio, se revisan el dibujo de la persona, la familia, la casa, el árbol y el dibujo libre. Partimos de la teoría y mostramos dibujos de casos reales que ejemplifican la misma.
