Su principal propósito es reiterar que la historia cultural es en realidad el axis sobre el que se sostiene todo lo que el hombre es, todo lo que el hombre fue y también todo lo que el hombre pretende ser. Busca, además, retornar a la esencia misma del libro como instrumento en la difusión de la palabra escrita, y no solo de la imagen empastada, que es solo su complemento.
