Los ideales políticos de una sociedad se ven reflejados en las historias individuales de un grupo de jóvenes que pone su empeño en mantener vivo el espíritu del movimiento estudiantil. Sus anhelos y frustraciones los harán llegar al límite, porque el amor será un arma que también revoluciona. De Sonora a Veracruz, la vida después de la masacre de Tlatelolco estará marcada por la lucha y la injusticia, por la sospecha y la doble vida, así lo es para el Negro y su gran amor, la India. Mientras los sueños marcan el destino de Adán y el final de una historia de amor, un intento de recuperar la vida a través de la lucha social y el encuentro con la conciencia propia. No hay jueces, solo víctimas de sus propios ideales que se ponen a prueba en la Ciudad de México, la ciudad Monstruo, donde el folclore citadino se manifiesta con vivacidad y franqueza, hasta que carcome las almas de quienes luchan por la Nación.
