Kolonialismus, Faschismus und Nationalsozialismus, Imperialismus und Rassismus sind ohne Zweifel keine nicht-westlichen, keine nicht-modernen Erscheinungen. Sie gehören konstitutiv zur westlichen Moderne dazu. Das Kursbuch 211 stellt sich dieser Ambivalenz auf vielfĂ€ltigste Weise. Daniel-Pascal Zorn nimmt in seinem Beitrag eine nicht westliche Perspektive ein, um den Universalismus des Westens zu verstehen. Er kommt zu der These, der Westen sei nur mit sich selbst beschĂ€ftigt.
