BĂĽde før og efter den store fiskeriudstilling i 1912, hvor erhvervet første gang var ude med snøren og ville anerkendes. Større motorer og ny køleteknologi gav større fangster og frisk fisk hver dag â uafhĂŚngig af ĂĽrstiden. Men dengang som nu er problemet det samme. Folk vil ikke spise fisk to gange om ugen. I dag holder flere drømmen om den lyseblĂĽ kutter og de sunde fisk i live, selv om fiskeriet ogsĂĽ er fanget i et net af politisk kontrol, kvotekonger og klimaĂŚndringer.
