Jason Schmitt is an Assistant Professor/Director of Communication Studies at Green Mountain College in Poultney, Vermont. Jason is a seasoned professor bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience within the areas of communication, media, social media, journalism, new technology, and regional creativity.
Jason was one of the first educators in the country to partner with HootSuite University, offering students the chance to become Certified HootSuite Professionals. He is a regular contributor, focused towards technology and media for the Huffington Post.
