O objetivo deste trabalho Ă© investigar, num contexto de propriedade intelectual inserida no comĂ©rcio internacional do Departamento de Direito Internacional, a partir do tratamento genĂ©rico tradicional da propriedade intelectual, para entĂŁo estudar a tutela daquelas para as quais a sistemĂĄtica tradicional nĂŁo Ă© possĂvel (ou interessante), com o caso concreto, a questĂŁo dos "contratipos" de perfumes famosos, servindo de "laboratĂłrio" para ensaio cientĂfico.
