No capĂ­tulo final, a autora ainda analisa o caso da migração haitiana ao Brasil e a concessĂŁo de visto humanitĂĄrio em detrimento do instituto do refĂșgio, assim como as mudanças da nova Lei de Migração brasileira, de 2017.
