O terceiro capítulo dedica-se a explicitar o que se entende por responsabilidade civil, destacando sua origem, conceito, definindo as suas espécies e seus requisitos. O quarto capítulo tem como desiderato demostrar a responsabilidade civil objetiva das instituições de ensino privado nos casos de Bullying, discutindo as razões que levam à indenização da prática deste ato ilícito. E por fim, é feita uma análise da responsabilidade da família do agressor e a reparação de danos sob o aspecto legal.
